This toner contains no water whatsoever*1. It's made from 96% serum and contains ultra-high-concentration beauty ingredients. The water in the toner's base has been completely replaced with "rice milk fermented filtrate*2." It's packed with the same amino acids as skin's natural moisturizing components, so it blends easily into skin and leaves it moisturized. It also contains carefully selected natural ingredients. Its refreshing texture makes it a gentle toner that's easy for anyone to use. *1 Excludes water (extraction solvent) contained in beauty ingredients other than rice milk fermented filtrate. *2 Lactobacillus/rice extract fermented filtrate (moisturizing).
