| Instructions | Remove the eye compress from the clear plastic bag and place it on a plate with the plain side facing up. Ensure the compress is flat. Place the eye compress in the microwave. Recommended microwave time for one eye compress: 20 SECONDS. Do not exceed 30 seconds in total. Do Not heat in a microwave higher than 1250 Watts as excessive heat could cause burns. Touch test the eye compress to ensure a comfortable temperature and then place it on your closed eyes. A daily 5-minute treatment is recommended. Do not use for more than 15 minutes at one time. The product may be used up to 4 times a day. For best results, allow at least 4 hours between each use. If using daily consider replacement after using 200 times. |
